Speed is of the essence

Following the acquisition of the PepsiCo Tropicana business by private equity group PAI, the imperative of the Tropicana Brands Group was to set-up a brand-new leadership team to carve out a standalone organisation without missing a beat on performance.

Critical to this mission was to rapidly identify a General Manager, to lead UK & Ireland, the largest business within Europe.

Their challenge would be to reset the organisation for growth with a stronger emphasis on the health and wellbeing aspects of their brand, whilst leading with empathy the many people personally impacted by the corporate separation and wrestling with many changes, not least of which was relocating the main office and transitioning to a new ERP system.
