The CEO wanted us to find a CHRO leader who would contribute to their ‘can-do,’ high growth mindset and selectively bring good people practices from their extensive and international career. Big company experience would only be advantageous if paired with good commercial judgement and speed of action in operationalising strategic plays supporting their growth ambition.

Getting the right fit
A list of international HR profiles was drawn up and interviews held with a few benchmarked candidates which proved a valuable step, sharpening the importance of the right cultural match between the candidate and the organisation.
The significance of team ethos at Capri-Sun led to the meaningful involvement of executive leaders in the short-list stage, with psychometrics to elicit a further layer of behavioural insight on the final two candidates.
