You may know McCormick as a leader in herbs, spices, seasonings, and sauces with favourite brands like French’s and Schwartz ever-present in many households.
For the B2B part of McCormick, which innovates flavor solutions for renowned CPG snacking powerhouses, a quite unique leader was required. Whereas Strategy Directors will traditionally emanate from a Finance background, McCormick wanted QLM Search to find an ex-Marketer to optimise growth opportunities by smartly applying the ‘Where to Play’, ‘How to Win’ principles and rubric.
Additionally, they must have previous exposure to the flavors world and demonstrate leadership experience within an inhouse strategy team.
