Seán is the founder of QLM Search. A natural connector and relationship-builder; for close to 20 years, Seán has delivered critical executive talent solutions globally to companies in the Food, Beverage and FMCG industries.
Prior to forming QLM, Seán served as Co-Founder of a boutique search firm where he led their most successful division. His ability to create lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike makes him a truly valuable asset to any business, or executive looking to transform their career.
Phil Taylor
Phil is a seasoned business leader with over 30 years' experience in the Food and FMCG industries.
He has held senior roles across multi-sector businesses, including Divisional Managing Director and latterly Chief People Officer for a leading FTSE 250 Food business. Here he held responsibility for the entire people agenda across the UK, Ireland and USA, comprising 16,000 employees.
Phil now focuses on his portfolio of investments and charitable work.
Paul Don
Paul has 20+ years executive recruitment experience, with an enviable track record of delivering international search mandates across the Ingredients & Flavours sector.

Erin Taft
Erin champions and develops the ethical, environmental and community-minded side of QLM Search.
She is a graduate of Central Saint Martin's University and spent close to 10 years fulfilling leadership positions in the Education sector.
In parallel with this role, she is an active ambassador for “Forest School” outdoor learning and enjoys connecting children and young adults with nature.
