QLM is partnering their search for a Sales Director – Americas to lead regional growth strategy and execution across core and emerging markets.
As Sales Director you will shape and lead the commercial roadmap across the Americas, unlocking whitespace opportunities, expanding market share, and building commercial excellence across the sales function.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of precision machinery, tooling, and aftercare services
- Build scalable sales processes, structure, and discipline
- Lead account strategy, pipeline development, and performance delivery
- Partner cross-functionally to align sales with product and customer success
Minimum Qualifications
- A sales leader from precision engineering, machinery, equipment, or tooling, ideally into packaging, or from Packaging itself
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing growth strategies across diverse markets whilst remaining hands-on with execution
- Exceptionally driven, ambitious, and motivated to make a significant impact in a business entering a new phase of growth
- Comfortable operating in a position with high visibility
