Group Engineering Director - Europe

This is a senior leadership position offering significant influence and scope. The Group Engineering Director will take full responsibility for setting and delivering the organisation’s engineering and asset management strategy across all sites and joint ventures.
- Develop and implement a group-wide engineering strategy that enhances reliability, performance, and innovation across all operations.
- Lead and mentor a team of senior engineering professionals, building capability, succession strength, and a culture of high performance.
- Oversee all capital investment programmes, ensuring projects are delivered to specification, budget, and deadline.
- Introduce systems and processes that improve asset utilisation, energy efficiency, and operational resilience.
- Work collaboratively with Group Operations, Supply Chain, and JV partners to align engineering priorities with broader business objectives.
- Provide expert counsel to the Board on engineering risk, infrastructure planning, and long-term investment strategy.
