Commercial Excellence Senior Director

A newly created and high-impact position with a fast-growing European CDMO specialising in complex pharmaceutical manufacturing, including antibiotics, hormones, ophthalmic and advanced dosage forms.

The organisation is entering a significant phase of growth and value creation, supported by strong investment, refreshed leadership and a clear strategic mission.

Reporting directly to the CCO, and working closely with the CEO and Board, you will build the Commercial Excellence platform from the ground up - tightening pricing and contracting discipline, elevating sales excellence, and negotiation capability, and installing the tools, data and visibility required to drive sustainable margin uplift and commercial efficiency.

• Commercial Excellence / Sales Excellence / Sales Ops / Pricing leadership
• Strategic Account Directors managing multi-year supply contracts
• Background in Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Health and ideally CDMO / contract manufacturing

This is a genuine whitespace mandate requiring an architect-operator -someone who brings strategy, structure and toolkit, while remaining hands-on, agile and able to build at pace within a transforming commercial organisation.
