QLM Search is partnering with a leading specialist Ingredients group with a Sales Director (EMEA) hire in a specialist category. The business is a fast growth leader in providing niche solutions to Beverage and Food Groups. They require a proven Sales Director with a focus on the EMEA region to create and drive the customer strategy to maximise sales growth.

Reporting the VP of the region they value someone who has a development / commercial mindset and with this in mind, it is critical that the successful candidate has an understanding of working and building relationship with complex food groups from a B2B Ingredients background.

The ideal candidate will enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment, where they have the autonomy to build world class partnerships with their customer base. You MUST have built your career with either a B2B Food Ingredients business, or a Flavour house, where they honed their skills in key account management and business development within the Food Ingredients category.
