Overview
QLM Search is partnering with a long-established global packaging manufacturer to appoint a Director, Information Security to drive a step change in global cybersecurity capability, systems and organisational performance.
Operating within a lean global structure across multiple regions and business units, this role requires a leader combining strategic capability with genuine hands-on technical credibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Strengthen the global information security programme and regional capability.
- Lead Security Operations, incident response and investigations.
- Advance Governance, Risk and Compliance
- Vulnerability management and security policy
- Strengthen manufacturing and Operational Technology security.
- Develop global training, awareness and security capability.
Minimum Qualifications
- Senior cybersecurity leadership experience within a complex international organisation.
- Strong technical foundations across security operations, architecture and systems.
- Genuine experience leading investigations and major incidents.
- Hands-on policy and framework development.
- Manufacturing or Operational Technology experience highly valuable.
- NIST, ISO 27001, cloud security and CISSP/CISM knowledge desirable.
