Overview
QLM Search is partnering with a leading international coffee and specialist beverages company to appoint a Head of QSR Europe.
This is a strategic Key Account leadership role responsible for leading and growing some of the company's most important QSR partnerships across Europe.
Working with major international customers, you will adopt a highly collaborative and creative approach to shape account strategy, commercial growth, and multi-market execution, ensuring customer partnerships translate into measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, development, and growth of major QSR accounts across Europe.
- Own customer engagement plans, commercial priorities, and growth initiatives across multiple markets.
- Drive the rollout of partnership and innovation programmes, ensuring seamless execution from concept to market.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing to deliver best-in-class customer execution.
- Develop scalable processes, toolkits, and ways of working to support sustainable channel growth.
- Identify commercial opportunities, mitigate operational risks, and drive continuous improvement across key partnerships.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in Strategic Key Account Management, National Account Management, Commercial Leadership, or Customer Development
- Proven experience in European QSR / LSR / Casual Dining landscape.
- Applied within coffee, specialist beverages, foodservice, QSR, or FMCG.
- Proven success managing large international customers and complex multi-market relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.
- Excellent commercial, project management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
